Emma Kate's First Shinner

Emma Kate met the corner of a table this morning. Thankfully it hit just below her eye. It swelled up pretty fast, but she would not let me put an ice pack on it. We had to go to the store and I believe everyone thought I had punched my daughter.

Mowing the Grass with Daddy

Emma Kate's new favorite thing to do is mow the grass with Daddy. Even if he is not home she wants to sit on the lawn mower in the garage.

This is Emma Kate's newest face.... the "mean face". She started doing it by herself but now she does it on command. So here is showing her mean face to Grammy. For some reason when D-dad comes over Emma Kate always ends up dusting the light fixtures :-)

This is where we found Emma Kate. She is sitting in the basket that hasher diapers and wipes in. She was pulling all of the wipes out of the box. So funny!

Daddy and Emma Kate are constantly making faces at each other. They are so funny. I am not sure if you all know just how much of a "Daddy's Girl" Emma Kate truly is. It is quite ridiculous if you ask me (the Mommy). Anyway, here are a few of them.

Our first of many Garage Sales!

The morning of our big garage sale. We have accumulated so much stuff with each house that Jara has remodeled. Jara got out there at 6AM and sure enough people started arriving. I was not much help because I was in with Emma Kate, so Jara had to wheel and deal on his own... which his did a fabulous job. We ended up getting rid of 90% of the stuff... YIPEE!

AFTER: At the end of one LONG day we had just a few things left :-)
